The Meatless Lifestyle 08/17/13


I am still in a workout slump. I am all ready to go to do yoga but when it comes to pilates or intense cardio I pass. These past days I have been trying to eat easy to digest foods since my workout slump continues.

Breakfast
1 package of Nature's Path Organic frosted strawberry pop tarts and coffee
Calories 420 Carbs 80g Fat 8g Protein 6g Fiber 2g

Lunch
2 OZ of spaghetti, 2 TBSP greek yogurt, 1 TBSP soy sauce, 1 cup steamed zucchini and 1 boiled egg

Dinner
1/4 cup cheeseless sauce, 2 Low-Fat tortillas, 1/4 cup Taco quinoa, 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 tomato, 1 TBSP roasted garlic and pepper salad dressing, 1 slice pepper jack cheese, 2 TSP sriracha
Calories 339 Carbs 42g Fat 13g Protein 15g Fiber 6g
