The Meatless Lifestyle 08/18/14


Huge high fiber days, so a lot of water was consumed. That is something I learned about being meatless a lot of fiber replaces meat, so
always keep moving and drink a lot of water.

Breakfast
1 large banana, 1 small apple, 1 fried egg, 2 TBSP greek yogurt, 1/4 roma tomato and 1 TSP sriracha.
Calories 280 Carbs 48g Fat 8g Protein 8g Fiber 7g

Lunch
1 Bean and rice burger, 2 homemade low fat tortillas, 1 TBSP greek yogurt, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup zucchini, 2 TSP unsalted butter, 1/4 of a tomato and 1/4 cup cheeseless sauce
Calories 358 Carbs 59g Fat 12g Protein 15g Fiber 18g

Dinner
1/4 cup Asian lentils (mustard, soy sauce, honey, ginger, paprika), 1/4 cup bell pepper, 3-4 romaine lettuce leaves, 3 OZ fries, oven baked with coconut oil. 
Calories 437 Carbs 65g Fat 17g Protein 12g Fiber 14g
