Homemade Chipolte Sauce

Easy Peasy Homemade Chipotle Sauce by Custom Taste
At our home we love anything spicy, we also go through hot sauce very quickly. After many months of having to buy multiple bottles of hot sauce a month we started buying dried peppers and looking up recipes to make out own. This is own of our favourite easy and quick recipes we have come up with. Only 2 ingredients and only 2 weeks to wait. You can also drain the liquid out after 2 weeks and use it as a soy sauce. All you would need to do is add more vinegar before pureeing your sauce!

-The vinegar if left to sit long enough will turn into a thick, spicy soy sauce like treat. If you want the liquid, simply drain and replace with more vinegar.
