First Change. Not allow myself to procrastinate or find excuses for whatever it may be, such as working out or cleaning. Getting done and out of the way definitely helps with my anxiety rather than putting it off until it gets to be too big of an issue.


Second Change. Live in the present more. I tend to worry too much about what might be next or what goal I need to reach next and forget to look around me. This change can also help with getting more control over my anxiety. Thinking too much about what is going to happen next creates way too many ''What if?" scenarios. That a relaxed mind does not make
