This vinaigrette is super simple and very quick to make. It is also great for more than just salads. The vinaigrette is tame enough to make into a dip or add to meat either while cooking or during tenderizing. Super versatile and stores well you can't go wrong with this recipe.
Shopping List

Yield 1 1/2 cup

Dice up onion into small pieces and put into a mixing bowl
Juice lemon into the other mixing bowl along with; zest, pepper, salt, flax seed, sage and mustard
Mix together to make sure everything is evenly mixed
Whisk in honey until fully mixed int
Repeat with olive oil and then with vinegar
Stir in onions and make sure everything is throughly mixed before putting into fridge
Once mixed put into fridge for 30 minutes to rest
When time is up, remove from fridge and use as needed
Serving
1/4 cup (2 tbsp) is plenty for a full bowl of salad.
Storing and Reheating
Store in the fridge in either a bottle or other container for up to 1 month
