We LOVE chocolate chips cookies in our house, but we never seem to have the chocolate chips. So instead of buying them I decided to figure out a quick recipe that whenever that craving arises we can make them without being let down. These chips (or flakes depending on how thin your layer is), are super chocolatey and very dark, so if you are a sugar fanatic make sure to add some sweetener to your style. They melt quickly and make your cookies (or whatever baked good) super gooey! Plus you bypass all the fake ingredients and a lot of calories for a lot less. Enjoy!

Tricks
-Your "hardening" period might take less time or more time. We ended up transferring ours into the freezer for the last hour since we do not keep our fridge super low. So if you know how your fridge and freezer works use the one that is best for you.
