We love the pickled carrot, jalapeno, and onions you can get at taquerias, so we decided to make our own! I believe this would be jalapenos escabeche since there are more jalapenos than carrots or onions. Let me know if you think it is a different term, we spent half an hour researching the name. Also, look for our recipe in the coming weeks!
