We do not keep any dressing in our house unless we are going to be using it right away, also because we normally have ingredients to quickly make our own dressings. This is one of my favourites! I have always loved honey-mustard dressing but it can be loaded with fat and extra sugars. So, of course, I made my own. The hummus allows it to be creamy and easy to pour and the greek yogurt adds protein without adding fat, yummy!
Shopping List
- 1 TBSP Oil-Free Hummus
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TBSP Mustard
- 1 TSP Greek Yogurt

Time To Get Shaking*!!!
Using the funnel, put all ingredients into the bottleStart with thickest to thinnest, the order should go like this; yogurt, hummus, mustard and then honey*
After you have gotten all of the ingredients through the funnel, throw that thing into the sink
Cap the bottle TIGHTLY and get to shaking
Once everything is shaken together nicely pour onto the whatever you wish and enjoy!

2 TBSP. Serve on salad or with anything else your little heart desires

Tricks
-If you want some more protein, mix in an additional teaspoon of greek yogurt
-Heat up the honey before pouring it in that way it doesnt stick to the funnel and it will help the hummus get into the bottle more easily as well
