Almond Banana Bundt Brake

Almond Banana Bundt Brake by Custom Taste
You may be thinking "Brake? What does this cake looking thing have to do with stopping?". Well the answer is nothing. This "brake" got it's name because it tastes like a sweet bread but has the texture of a cake, pretty sweet huh? It is filling, not too sweet and a perfect treat for breakfast or an after workout snack. Plus you can always throw it together whenever your bananas get too brown to eat by themselves.

While the butter is melting mix the vinegar into the batter
Make sure to mix the batter well and at least for 1 minute to make sure the vinegar is fully incorporated
Once the butter has melting remove the pan from the oven and using the basting brush, brush the butter all over the pan making sure to get the center and the crevices
