Spicy Tomato Bean Sauce

Spicy Tomato Bean Sauce by Custom Taste
I have been on a spicy kick as of late and we picked up some siracha sauce on out last grocery shopping excursion so it has been on and in almost everything since we got it. Since I went meatless, a little over a week ago, I always looking for healthy ways to add extra protein to meals and snacks. I made a simple bean paste using my slow cooker the other day and it has been my go to protein addition. I made mine a black bean paste since black beans are considered a complete protein (they have all the amino acids needed for healthy muscles) and going meatless you need to make sure you keep up with complete proteins. This sauce it super quick and super versatile, plus who can't tell it has black beans in it so it is perfect for sneaking into a picky eaters meal.
