With the cost of strawberries being low this time of year I have been using them a bunch in baking and cooking. This recipe I used for a topping on Chocolate Strawberry Cupcakes that I made for my Father as a treat for his wedding (the recipe will be posted shortly). This topping also doubles as a spread or fruit dip, you could also add more yogurt for a yummy snack.
