This one is from awhile ago but it was a good day and a day that I actually remembered to keep up with myfitnesspal and to take photos. Plus it was all delicious.

Breakfast
1 cup of orange juice, 1/2 a banana, and 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch
2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup cooked rice, 1/4 cup Minestrone Soup, 2 boiled eggs, and 1 tbsp soy sauce
Calories 377 Carbs 37g Fat 13g Protein 17g Fiber 4g

Snack
1 whole lime, 2 cups water and a handful of ice. 
Calories 20 Carbs 0g Fat 0g Protein 0g Fiber 2g

Dinner
2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup cooked rice 2 corn tortiallas 1/4 cup broccoli, 1 oz chopped bell pepper, 1 oz carrots, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp siracha sauce
Calories 486 Carbs 61g Fat 4g Protein 5g Fiber 6g
