Yesterday was a busy day of catching up with the blog since I have caught up with the chores now that we are back. It was also a half day for Mr. CT. I forgot my picture from lunch, I was in the middle of deep cleaning and rushed through it. I was able to fit in a 30 minutes pilates routine.
Breakfast
1/2 cup Go Lean Crunch w/ Multigrain Clusters, and 3/4 cup non-sweet almond milk

Lunch
2 oz pasta, 1/4 cup sliced zucchini, 1/2 tbsp naturally brewed soy sauce, 2 mushrooms chopped, 3 tbsp Cheeseless Sauce, and 1 boiled egg

Calories 377 Carbs 54g Fat 8g Protein 19g Fiber 5g
Dinner
1 baking soda biscuit, 1/2 cup cooked millet, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup zucchini, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 large roma tomato, 1 slice aged cheddar cheese, 1/2 small avocado, 2 medium mushrooms, 2 tbsp roasted garlic and pepper dressing.
Calories 376 Carbs 71g Fat 13g Protein 11g Fiber 8g
