2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1\2 cup sugar
1 tsp clove
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger

Heavy whipping cream for brushing
Pre heat oven to 400
In a mixing bowl mix together; the pumpkin puree, spices, sugar, and heavy whipping cream.
Taste to make sure it is right for you and your guests. This mixture is more on the savoury-sweet side than actual dessert side.
Now mix in the 1 egg plus 1 egg white.
Get your pie crust and sprinkle sugar on the bottom
Pour in the pie filling mixture
Get fancy with the crust decorations or keep it simple and leave it plain.
Brush on heavy whipping cream to any exposed crust
Put pie into oven
Drop temperature down to 350 and cook for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature before serving.
Top with homemade whipped cream.
