Fire Sauce Hot Wings

(this post has affiliate links)

When UFC night hits so does our craving for buffalo wings. That was a lie. When LIFE hits so does the craving for buffalo wings.

It really stinks when you have everything BUT enough Louisiana sauce to fully coat the wings. We like them saucy so the sauce is so important. Good thing we horde Taco Bell sauce like it is the...uh...tacobell-lypse. Using the Taco Bell sauce cuts down your time int eh kitchen as well. Instead of having to mix in any powdered ingredients all you have to do is; melt, pour, stir and you're down!

Get ready to make them...UFC Fight Night is coming up this weekend!

🥄What you will need🥄

➤Toss the chicken wings in the baking soda until well coated. You may need to use more depending on the size of your wings. Add until the wings are fully coated.

➤Place on baking rack and shake off the extra. Put into fridge for at least 30 minutes. The longer they stay in the fridge (up to 24 hours) the crispier they will be.

➤Preheat oven to  400 degrees

➤Bake wings on one side for for 25 minutes, flip and bake for another 25 minutes. Continuing alternating every 5 minutes (evenly) until desired crispiness.

When desired crispiness is reached, remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

While wings cool;
Melt butter, salt, and both sauce in a pot or saucepan. Whisk together and bring to simmer. Once at a simmer turn off heat.

Pour over wings and toss or use as a dipping sauce!
