Foto Of The Day

I am doing a hard cardio workout this afternoon so i wanted to make sure i got a lot of fiber and water in before it started. Also, protein never hurts!
This was my first dish to try raw squash, I have really been missing out! I thought it would be bitter and tasteless but it tasted amazing!
This big 'ole salad has about lettuce, aroma tomato, squash and baked pork. I choose pork over most meat because it has a higher lean fat to fat ratio, almost half of beef actually (if it isn't bacon) plus if you are trying to lose weight or stay trim it is the better option. I had a dressing that was homemade hummus, mustard, honey and vinegar with some hot sauce. It was delicious!
