Food Foto

Yummy and big salad for lunch. I am coming off of a knee injury and today I get to start Insanity again so I want to make sure I am well fueled and ready to sweat. This salad was made with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, squash, bell pepper, carrots, cucumbers, boiled eggs and yummy homemade honey-hummus dressing. Wish me luck on my workout!
