Quick Keto Snack-Rollercoasters

Our local HEB always has sales on deli meat and cheese (huge score!). Since I don't do bread what other awesome wrap could I make? Well this being Matt's idea he introduced me to "roller-coaster", why the name? I don't know and neither does he, Regardless they are yummy. To make these quick little high protein snacks follow below!


What you will need is:
1 slice deli meat
1 slice cheese
1 tsp stone ground Mustard (because all other condiments are inferior)


Layer and top with mustard
roll up and nom!

You could use any combination meat, cheese, and sauce if you'd like.
Or double up on each ingredient, yum!
