It's cereal and protein powder. It's good. It's simple. Like, stupid simple. It's high protein. Eat it.
Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) 2% Milk. I use Fairlife to cut down carbs and up the protein.
(I think Quest Salted Caramel would taste the best though)
40 grams (one serving) HEB Organics maple fibre crunch cereal.
Order:
Milk first
Powder second.
Mix well
Add cereal
Eat.it.up.
Reminiscent of yogurt with granola, just not as thick or as tart.
Now go throw some weights around you beast.
