Having A Home Gym: Workout 2

Time for another home gym workout!

If you missed the first post, check it out here. This is all I had to work with at the beginning of getting fit and lifting weights. If you have the same or even less save this for later! All workouts can be easily modified and examples will be posted in the upcoming ones so make sure to stay tuned.

If you're not sure how much weight you should be using for certain workouts, start with the heaviest weight you think you can do. If you can make through at least 3/4 of the reps before you start struggling, stay at the weight. Drop weight until you can do at least 3/4 quarters before really struggling. When building strength, you need to struggle.

If you are REALLY new to this thing. Just make each set an AMRAP and just try to go for one more rep each time. AMRAP stands for "As Many Reps As Possible". It is great for newbies.
