Recipe #flashback- Pumpkin Addiction

A recipe flashback for all the pumpkin recipes ever posted by me on this blog. Just in time for pumpkin eating season since Halloween is pumpkin carving season. Big difference. These thirteen recipes have a wide variety of pumpkin usage. Savoury and sour side dishes to sweet desserts. Coincidence this is just being posted? No, strategic calculation. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Beer Bread- yup boozy bread with some light pumpkin flavours to make it perfect for the holiday dinner season. You don't even have to worry about spilling! A kid-friendly alternative is provided, btw.

Pumpkin Noodles-Egg free and very easy. Impress the guests or eat them all by yourself. Your life, go crazy...well not TOO crazy.

Pumpkin Puree-The biggest ingredient for the next 30 days and something you will need to buy over and over again. So, don't waste money or bring a lot of trash home. Make this now and you will be set for forever...well awhile.

Pumpkin Butter- You have heard of apple butter so here is another winter food to make into a nice and warm breakfast spread. Pumpkin butter! After all, you do need to use up all of that pumpkin puree you just made. Went a little TOO crazy?

Pumpkin Chai Granola- A spicy, sweet, pumpkiny snack or breakfast for the busy holiday days and nights. This also contains cocoa, so yum.

Pumpkin Biscotto- A great coffee or tea buddy. Eat it late at night or first thing the morning! This dessert is like a biscotti, but just cooked once. Not a cookie, do not get confused.

Pumpkin Noodle Sauce- Some sauce to go with the noodles you made earlier! I guess you could change it into a dip or even use in place of gravy!

Pumpkin Dessert Dip- Pair with sliced apples to keep it semi-healthy, drizzle over some cookies, or pour over Christmas day pancakes! It is okay to go too crazy with this dip.

Pumpkin and Spinach Salad- A not sweet and pretty fresh dinner side to add to this list. If you ask me, this would round out a perfect pumpkin oriented dinner night. Plus, a warm salad to help warm you up after the harsh and tiring days ahead.

Pumpkin French Toast- breakfast! The best meal of any day. Easy to make for a large crowd and easy to store. Bonus: they are best reheated in the oven the next day. Odd, I know.

Pumpkin Muffins- An almost allergy friendly dessert, snack, or breakfast. Super fluffy and pumpkiny. *ALERT This does use almond milk.

Pumpkin Overnight Cinnamon Rolls- Another easy and egg-less treat for the vegan or allergy suffer dearest to your heart. They can be frozen for the future, made on the spot, or let them rise overnight to be extra big and extra fluffy.

Pumpkin Pie and Broccoli Risotto- Don't judge a book by its cover! Yes, the recipe title might sound odd, but you won't regret throwing caution to the wind and giving your taste buds a flavour adventure. In laments terms, try it loser and don't forget the soy sauce.
