Quick Kitchen Hack-easy way to separate an egg

Whilst making Caesar dressing last night, we needed an yolk (as normally needed). After doing the usual separate the white from the yolk using the shell we still were not sure if all the white had been separated. So we grabbed a citrus squeezer and put the egg in it! After a minute or so of letting it sit (and a little jiggling) the white was gone and all we had was the yolk! We will definitely need to remember this BEFORE making a mess with the shells. I think you made even be able to use this method will more than just one egg!!! Homemade Mayo, here I come! Hope you find this useful as well!
